We receive a very large volume of emails each day and there are only two people (Hope and Tivon) that answer them. It may take a minimum of 48 hours or several days to get a reply, or if your question is already answered in our FAQ’s we might not be able to reply to you at all. We are normally busy with our team of artisans making and processing orders. Our business has grown significantly and we do not have a call center or team of customer service representatives to handle the emails we receive, we are working on this, but it will take time.
