Faster shipping Times
In the past we admit that we struggled with keeping up with the demand of our hand made products, it was a learning process for us! In recent months we have upscaled our entire business structure, built up our inventory, hired more people, and streamlined our processes in order to get your order to you faster. All orders are shipped within one week of ordering them. They should arrive at your door shortly after that, shipping normally only takes between 3-6 business days. You will receive an email from our shopping cart software with you tracking number when your order is shipped. If you ordered outside of the shopping cart system (via invoice or over the phone) please contact us if you need a tracking number, either way your order will be shipped within one week of placing your order.

We have added a US Based distributorship to our company for faster shipping times. We currently use Fedex, DHL, and USPS to ship your products. Due to our order processing schedule and in able to get your order out to you quickly, we cannot offer shipping choices.
Our shipping schedule:
All orders placed for USA customers ship out within one week of ordering, based on inventory availability orders are either shipped from Morocco via Fedex or DHL or from the US via USPS. All orders placed in all other countries other that USA are shipped from Morocco via Fedex or DHL within one week of ordering.
